This package is for the couple who has planned their entire wedding and need someone to be their ears and eyes on their wedding day.

• Coordination & On-site Management on the day of the event. 

• Consultation one month before the wedding 

• Create itineraries and contact information for the vendors 

• Prepare wedding day schedule for the bride and groom

• Coordination of wedding rehearsal

• Follow-up phone calls to vendors 2 weeks prior to the wedding 

• Set up at ceremony and reception location if applicable

• Assist with reception breakdown 

• Ensure that all vendors are present (on time) and confirm that services have been provided as per contract 

• Manage reception which includes but not limited to cueing of bridal party, the first dance, toast and speeches, cake cutting, photos, etc. 

• Ensure that all gifts are secured and forwarded to the couple 

• Be your eyes and ears throughout the day so that you can relax and enjoy the experience

• Limit two phone consultations
